The Coming Storm… written June 2022

It is cataclysmic
It is shocking
Everyone will know the might of the Lord!
Do you feel it – the coming storm?
The winds will howl in pain
Subduing all that tries to rise in lies
The rain will drench the lands
And the sun, leave earth parched, like sand

The earth weeps already
For the battle being fought
For the innocent lives being lost
For the tears of the hurt
The cries of the victims of evil
Have reached the heart of the Almighty God!

Have you scoundrels and fools no fear!?
Have you strutted like proud peacocks across the world
Displaying your finery, trying to claim it as your own!?

Now is the time! 
Now all will change.
God, The Creator, has surely made a home
For those you have cruelly violated and tried to destroy!
But you! Enemies of good and enemies of life
You have spent all you had
And have scattered your ill-gotten gains
Over a desperate world!

I will restore. I will renew
I will recover my lost sheep
And carry them on My shoulders to pastures, new
Paradise awaits My friends
My patience has long gone – My arm has been restrained!
My heart of love and compassion, of mercy and truth
Bleeds unceasingly - can you see what you have done!?
You have grabbed the Seven Deadly Sins and made them your own!
You have thrown the Ten Commandments into the Sea of Derision!
You have blasted the weak with your pride and selfish ambition!

Be warned: your shrivelling cold hearts are dying
And nothing can assist you –
For your lies and violence, exploitation and greed
Have poisoned your rotting flesh
You have covered yourselves in darkness!

I Am God of All – Father, Son and Holy Spirit
Jesus is: The Way, The Truth, and The Light
