Breathe life into me God,
And pull me together when I fall apart
Seal my heart when it is broken
Bring restoration and healing
For You nothing is impossible
Even when I am impossible
 
I fear Your name and count on You
So Sun of righteousness shine on me
With healing in Your rays
Your name is Love and Your Being,
Beyond my comprehension
And yet I know that I know you
 
Trials and tribulations weigh me down
But You promise relief
For Your yoke is easy and your burden, light
Lift me up and let me gaze
Into Your eyes of Truth
Unchain me and set me free
 
I am always restless and searching
For You have created me thus
And I know that You search my heart
A place I hardly know
So be merciful and judge me gently
For your wisdom knows my name
 
 
 
For I often close my eyes and cover my ears
In order to deny a truth
I can talk and confuse and rationalise to a fault
Yet I exalt You, my King
From the depth of my being I’m Yours
For I know that You created me
 
On the day You strike out
And you burn all the lies
Remember how I love You so
For my life cannot end
For I’ve called on Your name
So my transformation is then in your hands.
