READ THE TIMES - 2019

The fires are burning
The rains are falling
The earth is quaking
The sea is rising
The rivers are bursting
The ice is melting
Our hearts are freezing
The children are starving
The people are crying
Fear is growing
Greed is rampaging
Violence is spreading
Love is dying
Hope is fading…
We are moaning and churning and losing our way
and we fail to think about the cost - what we’ll have to pay…
As we turn away from our God.
We close our eyes and ears and hearts from His love, His peace and His
truth. And from all that would keep us safe… in the right place –
on the right road to Heaven’s gate…
where there is no shame, no pain, no disgrace, no lies, no waste,
no death, no tears, no fear… but there is joy, and hope, and love, and peace,
and life, and laughter, and singing - and it all been paid for by our God and
King, Jesus.
Come, just as you are, to drink the water of life and feel the fire of His love.
He is waiting for you – call on His name; He will answer you.
