I’d be crazy, if I didn’t lay down my life at Your feet - for You paid the price made the sacrifice gave up Your life, for me! So I choose The Way to walk in Your grace base my decisions, on the words You say as You, my God, paved the way to Heaven’s gate by taking my sins away to win my soul for Love’s sake. Glory lights are shining down on me rays from the Son, burning into me - changing me, You’re transforming me for all to see – for it’s us and we; it’s You and me. Praise You, Jesus, for loving me filling my days and nights with thoughts of You, that I may come to know... the Saviour who rescues me, for He cares for me. Forever will I stay with You for life’s colours change from grey to blue where Heaven’s raiment reveals its hue. My spirit searches through the haze - the misty layers, I must travel through until my eyes can gaze at You; until my heart can beat for You; until Your love enraptures me - the catching force of Love’s true gain after all the pain and strain; the weary steps on the battlefield. The wounds we bear, help us to heal for the journey through the Narrow Way is hard and long; but safe and free. Yet with Jesus, we find a song deep in our hearts, where Truth belongs. We sing it joyfully each day we skip and march and onward go for burdens tell us we will grow, for seeds are sown, as knees bow low - before The King, the One True God the Son of Man, the Holy One. Join us now, hand in hand, as we venture forth to the Promised Land. Never will our heads look back for we make a choice for life or death. And we persevere, however hard the test.
