Hands on fire, burning and healing
Renewing and transforming.
Burning hands, loving and laughing
Bringing joy and happiness
Promises of salvation love.
 
Restrain me not, for He heals and redeems.
Diminishing self,
For He grows much greater.
He alone consumes all pain
Capturing with compassion.
For He truly loves.
 
Boldly Holy, he destroys the night
Giving life to the day
Loving and refreshing
Restoring and cleansing
Dynamic and shocking
Mesmerising and claiming
Pouring water on fire, to give life.
For He is light, love and life
Resplendent and everlasting.
 
Oh, how He heals – then and now!
Forever He is with us: Jesus, the Holy One of God.
Jesus – the only Healer,
By Him and through Him all things are made new.
For He is, quite simply, the Author of Life; the Word of God.
